Steven Minton is a Realtor and Senior Real Estate Specialist with Keller Williams Realty, a designation held by less than 1% of Realtors® nationwide. Steve’s practice covers the entire Greater Indianapolis Metro Area, which includes Marion, its surrounding 8 counties, plus Montgomery, Putnam and Brown counties. He has sold property in every township of all 12 counties and concentrates his practice on helping clients buy and sell their primary residences while providing real estate centered investment counseling and wealth building strategies.

Steve has been involved in the real estate industry for more than 13 years and is now in his seventh year of providing clients with agency representation, real estate consultancy and property investment-planning services. He is a member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtor’s MLS Technology Committee. Steve previously spent 4 years as an Information Technology specialist for American States/Safeco Insurance Companies, and has since implemented those same sophisticated technology skills into his real estate practice. He has implemented systems and services that guarantee his sellers have the most marketing exposure of all competing property sellers in central Indiana. He guarantees it! Steve serves as treasurer and board member for Indianapolis’ oldest inner city youth ministry, Area Youth Ministry. He is also a board member for the Greenwood Senior Center and a member of the Johnson County and Marion County Councils on Aging. He participates in organized mastermind groups with Indiana’s most honest and successful real estate leaders. Steve and his group are statewide referral agents for Argent and Ameriquest Mortgage Companies.

Steve’s sales production is ranked in the Top 4% of all Realtors® in Central Indiana. As surprising as it may sound, Steve's clientele regularly includes other licensed Realtors who hire Steve and his group for their specialized expertise. Steve's primary goal is to make certain that he exceeds all of his clients’ expectations, thereby, making them feel that they definitely profited from being part of an exceptionally professional real estate system. Steve’s clients continue to stay in touch, showing their gratitude long after their transaction has closed. His clients include national banks and Fortune 100, 200 & 500 companies. These statistics clearly show Steve’s extensive experience. The accuracy of his reports are so highly regarded that clients pay for Steve to travel and evaluate properties in other states. These claims may appear lofty, but Steve realized a long time ago that he had to bring a level of excellence and value to his client's real estate transactions, that no other agent could bring. He has succeeded and continues to work daily to ensure that those client services are not compromised.

In 2001 & 2002, Steve and his former partner were recognized as Century 21’s third most productive real estate team in the United States, where a large segment of their business was bank and corporate owned properties. Steve is the only agent in the state of Indiana to solely and exclusively market an entire auction of 67 properties for Hudson & Marshall, the largest real estate auction company in the U.S. In 2004, Steve was the first Realtor in Indiana to represent buyers in the purchase of TIC real estate (Tenants In Common) deals. These “annuity-like” investments give owners a monthly cash flow with no property maintenance responsibilities, but still provide secure ownership with a general warranty deed. Some of these TIC deals include names such as CVS, Walgreens and the famed Lakeshore Athletic Club headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Steve continues to search for profitable real estate products that are at the forefront of the industry in order to help his clients build wealth and add security to their financial futures.

All of that being said, Steve will tell you he is a husband first, father second and he buys his groceries by selling real estate. He will also tell you that he is really just a middle class Indiana boy, descended from good southeastern Kentucky stock, where his parents and their parents taught that there may be days where honesty and good character may be all you can afford and it should be the foundation of all business dealings. Steve’s favorite transactions are those where his clients genuinely need his help and counsel.
